Spengler's thesis was that Obama was a crypto-Marxist and a Manchurian candidate for Third Worlders, with a mandate to destroy the United States. This piece, on the other hand, argues that Obama is not as effective a politician as was hoped. Yawn

Obama with the collusive Congress just declared the United States over. So what does it matter?
