This is more gloom and doom than reality.
Where in the world is not a police state?
This place is still better than many, many other places around the world.
And people still yearn to come here more than any other place.
I for one am not going anywhere; for now.

Most US citizens have their familial roots and true wealth (homestead) in the US. There really isn't a choice. I am responsible for many in their 80's and so I am going nowhere.
I would urge young adults to keep a valid passport. The bulk of our family wealth is held in Canada. Keeping options open is sensible.

I am very comfortable with what Ron Paul will do with the veto pen and supreme court picks. Very comfortable
