Obama is doing away with Judicial oversight of putting people in Custody after being charged with 'Terrorist' activities and leaving the length of Custody to be determined by those Agencies that sought Custody.

Obama was playing a artful fake in this speech by drawing attention to the failings of Bush the younger, not normally done so that while the Audience was distracted by this breach of protocol he slips the 'Big lie' in and nobody really notices, except for Maddow.

McCain is a foolish gadfly in the Senate who is notorious for not reading legislation while being vocally incontinent. He is abusive towards his staff and verbally abusive towards his wife. It repulses me that he holds a Senate seat and it shouldn't be surprising that when the chips are down, Mr.McCain would show the smallness of his being.
