everyone that sold their small business to coke wanted to do so because they could retire to the good life with the profit, they had no obligation to make sugar drinks you personally approve of.
its hard running a small business at the best of times, in the current australian climate of control freaks and entitled whiners and professional victims waiting to sue, its almost impossible - i do understand why you dont want to take the risk and the hard work of starting a new small sugar drinks company and solving your own problems by exploiting anti big boy sentiment in the public... occupy adelaide cola, the bitter taste of the new millenium.
the fact you responded to the simple and easy possibility of making your own sugar drinks with some barb about stiching toilet paper leaves me very confused as to exactly how bp and coke are forcing you to consume their crap product.
half a lemon (or a lime) and a teaspoon of sugar per 250ml glass of water, stir a bit and drink.
