I view gun laws as a way brighter line than laws dealing with personal use of drugs. Maybe you have some leftover religious thing about drugs that makes you a busybody, whatever. But if your concept of " freedom" doesn't allow me to do what Americans have been doing since before there were Americans?
OWS, if worried about local control, needs to protest NYC for being antigun. If they don't trust you with a gun, then you are sheep to them, and they ought not be trusted. I won't be in a place where I can't carry, not because of the danger from crime, but the danger from the state.

I hope so. The more time and effort and money wasted there, the less to be used somewhere where you can actually have an effect.
