And a synthesis of both problems is found in the grubby little hearts and minds of every American playing out in some sort of incoherent dialogue.

Why else, as Mr.P points out, do people point out their ethnic history at the drop of a hat? I've noticed it is most apparent in those whose recent ancestors arrived here, or lived ghettoized. It's an attempt to preserve what is being lost. There are real questions here.

I will say, I would like to hear from liberals, what should we conclude about an evangelical party that has as frontrunners a Mormon and a fully black man? What should we conclude I wonder.

Interesting how he says the savings on Social Security would be passed on by employers to employees.
