If you cannot say Obama is a good campaigner then I know you are useless for political commentary. Blaming him for other peoples campaigns demonstrates a near complete ignorance of how political campaigning works. Every day you demonstrate that I have taken you entirely too seriously. Luckily for you, people in the RNC who do understand campaigns have studied 2008 and are emulating it.

Single payer was not a campaign. Seriously this is 101 stuff. How can you be so ignorant of how the political process works?

Oh well, you are probably going to have a nervous breakdown when Obama wins. Meanwhile, I will be working on actual campaigns, not legislative initiatives, because I know the difference. You know, getting people elected by creating a ground game.

I am shocked you do not know the difference between endorsing a candidate and making appearances in support of that candidate, and running a campaign.
