I really don't see Civil War coming to the US. The next great tribulation the US will face is a Mexican insurgency.

and last but not least the
those self-styled trailer park patriots in
in fomenting armed rebellion.

It's the lone gunman so to speak, that we must be concerned about. I think right-wing militias are generally dealt with as gangs by RICO. It's the men like James Cummings that really are the worry.
