yes, all across the world let a thousand icelands bloom.. some will fail horribly, some will be spectacular success stories and most will plod along in the middle.

individual liberty at its finest - everyone participating in a coherant community they can influence and take ownership and responsibility of - noone at the mercy of remote authorities enforcing the one true way.
