was told by my lawyer in a case I was fighting, my lawyers said, it does not matter you right or wrong .. all what matters is, who's lawyer can beat the other guy's lawyers no matter how

how can a lawyers that you pay $ 2,000 for the case (if you poor like a mouse) fight the other guy's lawyer that receiving $ 2,000,000 ?
IMVHO, judges, must ensure that the lawyers of both side, have somehow same proficiency and resources
