the ip logs are already trapping your activity against your account anyway - unless you went to the trouble of signing up under a false name and only paying cash so they dont have a credit card the net isnt anonymous to authorities which care to investigate you.
they will just remove the drudge work out of it - making sure you are officially stamping your identity on all your actions so they dont have to use so many resources to isolate the person responsible.
we will probably be able to use public alias's on many services - child protection will hopefully maintain that ability as predators can use real names to find them.... but the current open slather environment to provide a service will become less as they bring in restrictions towards "responsible publishers".
