Not sure I have detested a movie character more than Alec Baldwin's in this. Apparently the role was written for him as it doesn't exist in the play. Watching it used to make me think of hand tools and flammable liquids, but I watched this today ( first time in 20 years or so ) and realized he is right. If you value selling ( God preserve us) , that's really the only way to do it.

A site that features subtitled [in various languages, mostly English] TV dramas and some movies from around the world.
Unfortunately, Japan has been dropped. My guess is due to the excessive obsession with copyright by the Japanese holders.
Interesting to see what are the stereotypical plot line devices used over and over in various countries.
