Herman Cain is a good man, but he can't possibly win. Obama has tainted the black vote--I've done my own polling on this. Obama will be defended tooth and nail. It's too bad. because he only cares about their votes, rather than their very real struggle.

I was introduced to Herman Cain through two videos of him speaking.
One in which he said he would never appoint a Muslim to a cabinet position. Made me raise an eyebrow but whatever, lots of voters would lap it up.
Another in which he complained about the length (in pages) of Bills being passed through Congress, and that they should be no longer than three pages.
So aside from being an effective businessman in the pizza chain field, he doesn`t strike me as a serious guy. Though I would like to try the pizza.

figureheads dont need to be bright, they just need to have charisma and to be street smart.
