But fat is fat, and well set off by sugar and salt. Putting bacon on ice cream is no different from deep frying it. Judicious consumption of fat and sugar is not bad for you, but the sugar and fat substitutes, often non-food derived chemicals may damage your liver and keep you porking-out FAT........
Portion sizes may be a problem but ultimately, it's what you eat not so much how much of it.......
