Maybe someone here knows something about this.
On CBC I once heard a Scottish rock band with accompanying bagpipes do a really impressive version of 'Rawhide', from the old American TV series. It is simply fantastic, but I don't know who does this and have not been able to find it.

Yes, 'Ghostriders in the Sky' is the tune. This might be it. I'm not sure that I'd recognize the version that I heard on 'Pearls of Wisdom', a radio program which was unfortunately abruptly cancelled about three years ago.
