Endo,
How many people died from the Fukushima nuclear disaster, due to radiation?
How many was that again? Louder, I didn't hear it the first time.
Oh, I see. You're talking out of your ass again. The plant was built to withstand 20 feet tsunamis, which were considered at the time of its construction the largest that could conceivably strike the facility. By your own article, the notion that large tsunamis could hit this part of the coast had no historical backing until a few years ago, when tsunami experts realized that extent of an earthquake-caused tsunami that struck the place 1200 years ago.
By your definition of good planning, Lisbon should have a 50 feet tall wall surrounding it, since we know of at least one massive tsunami that struck it less than 3 centuries ago.
