I should specify, when I said "violence" I meant of the kind ending in one party assuming room temperature. I have no problem with mano-e-mano scuffles (say, if someone called my child a retard, my temper would surely take over).

Doesn't mean I respect a jerk who insults either a singular person or a people based on ____________ (insert race, ethnicity, sex, religion, football team preference, political party). I also don't like the PC double standard (eg. the Comedy Central actions with South Park a couple of years ago with the Muhammad episode, considering how much they let the show mock regarding Catholics).
