He had it coming. And that bully will be a better person for the body slam. I was a douche bag bullie one single time in my life and I got punched for it. I knew I was a jerk for what I had done and learned my lesson.

The lesson here. Don't stand up for yourself, contact an authority who has been trained not to stand up for themselves.

I wish I'd walloped more kids when I was young. I got in fights not infrequently, but there was always the story about telling authorities.
I just wish I'd crushed Casey's nose with my history textbook instead of tattling. One of my greatest regrets in life. Doesn't matter that he was benching 180 at 13. When he came over to my house to fuck with me, my first instinct was to start up the weed burner. That would've scared the shit out of him, and I probably wouldn't have had to do anything, though they threatened to come back with guns if I brought out any weapons, I only know now in retrospect that if I'd brought out the weed burner the threat of a flamethrower would've had a visceral impact that would've made them think twice.
Going to the authorities for these things is useless. They are actually creating a situation where the victims of bullying are not able to do anything. If they stand up for themselves they are punished and get the 'violent kid' stigma, and are made to go see the counselor and get therapy and such.
My little sister was tormented. She was small, born premature and received death threats as a small child. The teachers were powerless to do anything, and she would've been mauled by these much bigger girls.
You have to defend yourself. I'll teach my kids to go to the authorities first, but if that's not an option they will know how to throw a punch by the age of 5 and how to break an arm by the age of 12.
When I was 17 I was being threatened by a kid who already had a tracking anklet at 15 in the hallway. I just laughed at him in that, "Silly Sophomore", way you learn how to do by Senior year, but I didn't take it unseriously. By that point I had the opinion that authorities didn't have my back, and was a lot more willing to contemplate rolling hard on someone if I had to. I already had the connects to get illegal firearms and such by that point.
I had a well-developed, "I am the kid who might snap and do something you can't handle.", look by the age of 18. That has served me well throughout my life.

You know this video restored my faith in humanity a little bit, having seen my share of rasslin shows what I liked was that maneuver when performed by a pro is done with well under half the force. Casey put a lot of pent up aggravation into it, and the punk deserved every iota of pain. There is literally not one comment in favor of the d-bag anywhere. Imagine getting your leg broke and deep down knowing you deserved it. That's a head trip. You're enough of an @$$ that you deserve a broken leg.
I had good fortune, am of a build that I never had a bullying problem, although looking back I do think I may have bullied one kid. He was very small, and I didn't think of it as bullying, I thought of it as joking around. I would occasionally flick him on the leg in band practice, and looking back on it he may not have enjoyed that. I would apologize if I ran across him again.

Well I was a pretty normal boy though I didn't perceive it at the time. My friends and I loved to give each other 'dead legs' where you knee someone in the nerve on their thigh and it makes the whole leg go numb. So in that sense we bullied. I remember bullying and being bullied. There was one kid who was like the unternerd at our school. We were the nerd clique that happened to have some more socially capable, larger, and martial arts trained kids so we didn't get fucked with as much in HS.
My big problem was that I was always the biggest kid around until around Jr. High where I stopped growing at 5'4 for a couple years. When I was in HS I started growing again and it was fine. I am 6' and on the larger size of full grown men. Also being on the East coast the ambient level of rough and tumble in New Mexico is more than the effete Manhattanites usually get up to so I didn't have to worry about it much on the streets of NYC.
The worst time for me was really 7th through 9th grade.
And yeah, you're right. It is a fucking trip to deserve something bad happening to you and knowing you deserved it.

Good. Little shitbird had clearly been watching too much consequence - free TV or video games. For total score , he should have broke some off for the kid in the black backpack that bowed up after the slam.
Best way to deal with this is to just make certain that everybody in the vicinity understands that there are all sorts of rules that may encourage or discourage bullying , but that you have no intention of following any of them. Talk shit , get bit , and I mean seriously fucking bite them. Psychopath trumps bully every time.

Not so cut and dry. I have sympathy for the 'bully' in the video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ag-dv-Cb37oHe says he was bullied a lot and that Casey talked smack to him before the incident. I've seen that, where the kid who gets bullied is like, "I am not going to be at the bottom of the pile of Omegas.", and goes after the other kid who is being bullied rather than the bullies he's afraid of.
