I've been thinking of making my own sausage lately. Since I've been eating a ton of the stuff ( sausage is such a many-splendored thing), I've come to thinking of different variations I might try.
No good sausage out of the Muslim world, is there? Can you make sausage out of lamb or goat? I like the hot stuff- what kind of hot do they use in the ME? Oh, and damn those ghost chilis- that ought to have a Hazmat number. Jus' sayin'.
Sausage suggestions ( no, that's not an euphemism).
