Sons of Anarchy

This is one of my favorite shows that has ever been made. It really gets into the nitty gritty of how crime and politics are interwoven, while the story is fundamentally about family and how nasty secrets can haunt a group of people for many many years. Probably one of the best examples of modern tribal neo-Paganism in pop culture today.

Today they pulled something I never expected. They went into the relationship between Mexican Cartels and the CIA and it had a major impact on the plot that represented a full and total departure from Hamlet.
The canary didn't die because this mine is dangerous, it died because it's lazy and wasn't raised with a proper work ethic.

You know, that show is what 24 wanted to be. The plot twists and dead bodies. It worked for 24 for a few years and then stopped working. This show it just keeps working. I haven't seen even half the episodes, but fairly entertaining.
