Well that's a Pakistani publication. There is a reason why Pakistan might want people to believe that China and Russia have a problem with the US.

In a way it's like the conversation between nations. The nations are talking to each other, and China and Russia have to verbally remind the United States that they are big and powerful and are not to be fucked with. It's a face thing.
