Rich people:

a) don't live right next to the poor. If the poor enter those places, the police will stop them on sight. They don't belong there. This is the way it is in the US, can't imagine it's much different there.

b) have better ability to stop people on sight. Look at policing levels in the respective neighborhoods.

If this sort of thing happens in poor areas, it's a disturbance or a riot. If they move to rich areas, they will be branded nothing short of terrorists.

Rioting in your own neighborhood, where you can run for cover any time, is one thing. Going across town to attack the rich neighborhood and then making it back alive and free, is something else.
