Posted: Sat Apr 23, 2011 11:50 pmNo American will ever be prosecuted as a result, but its well known that the US used Mubarak-era interrogators for some of the rougher stuff they didn't want to do themselves. Setting aside the whole debate about waterboarding being torture, some things that anyone would admit were torture were definitely "outsourced."
