For many in the United States, it takes about 7.5 million U.S. dollars to make them feel rich, according to a survey by Fidelity Investments in news reports Tuesday.

Fidelity Investments, the second-largest U.S. mutual-fund company after Vanguard Group Inc., surveyed more than 1,000 households, which have an average of 3.5 million dollars in investable assets. About 42 percent said they don't feel wealthy, saying they would need about 7.5 million dollars to feel rich.
