Well I know a number of fairly middle class people who are upside down upwards of 50k and they would sacrifice body parts in order to have sold and then rented.

im sure ill have moments of regret, but being middle class wasnt on my agenda much anyway... life with them in their completely sterile worlds of concrete and plastic plants and infantile demands of everyone else needing to be them by law.. im as far away as i can be from that and still maintain a job that pays for my choices.

of late, rural australia is making a tentative comeback from the redneck miners who also have little interest in that lifestyle using the dead country towns as cheap accommodation - provided i keep my eyes open i may be able to jump sideways at an appropriate point in time... or may not, does depend on how all this pans out .

A cynical observer might state that the burdensome and ultra-complex regulations make it hard for small companies to benefit from the same legal and tax advantages a large company able to hire dozens of lawyers can.

uhuh, not left/right .. not republican/democrat ... the system of checks and balances and licenses, as a fix it all religion taken to extremes by all of the aforementioned, with pragmatic political compromise and nodding of wise heads.
