The nuke thing worries me. Follow on casualties as well. There may be nobody on the planet better at civil defense than the Japanese , but with the amount of infrastructure damage , oof. It was pointed out that in the Tokyo '29 , more deaths occurred by fire than the initial disaster. Construction has of course changed, and I hope the whole dynamic is a curiosity of history. But I look at that with an eye towards how their police/ fire/ rescue will have to adapt , and see the challenge. Wish I were there , though I am sure Japan needs me not at all.
