With the election of Dilma Roussef it is to be hoped that efforts will continue to reduce poverty and inequality in that great country, Brazil. Lula's administration has shown that it is possible to grow and to care for the poorer, that social policies are not an obstacle to economic success. Dilma will continue on the same path and help making Brazil one of the future great powers, capable of moderating the exploitative tendencies of the northern greater economies. I am very happy with the electoral results in Brazil.
