Stating the painfully obvious, pedophilia is reprehensible.
However, what is more interesting is taking the behaviour of an individual and extrapolating it to a condemnation of an entire group.
Often in an attempt to score a point in a heated argument.
For example:
pedophilic priests
pedophilic pastors
pedophilic politicians
pedophilic police
pedophilic teachers
pedophilic religious
pedophilic atheists
etc.
All of which regularly make the news.
Typically a misapplication of inductive reasoning outside of mathematics.
Anyways, it's the respectable upstanding prominent members of society that one has to watch out for . . .
Never criticize anyone until you've walked several kilometres in their shoes.
Because
1. You're now several kilometres away; and
2. You've got their shoes.
