How would you secure Pakistan's nukes?

Why would most people care about Pakistan's nukes enough to want to get involved? A lot of people view anti-proliferation efforts as inherently racist, and plenty more like the fact that Pakistan has nukes. The only people against it would be the US and India (heavy hitters to be fair) and China and Russia would act to PREVENT the elimination of Pakistan's arsenal.

Why should Russia support Pakistan's nukes? They view the caucus moutain populations rebellious and one way they could become more dangerous is thru Pakistans's nukes. I could see China using Pakistan as a way to keep India in line - there are even reports pointing to China actively involved in developing Pak Nukes.
