Well the result of the dictum is quite obvious. Healthy nuclear families are the single best thing for improving everyone's life. If I didn't know what I was going to be born into, my first choice would be to be born into a healthy nuclear family.

Therefore, we must do everything possible to build nuclear families. Healthy ones. Healthier the better. No drugs, no booze, no dirty pictures, no extramarital sox. It's important, so the penalties must be stiff. But it's a tough love, a compassion in the end. We chop off heads with love.
