Only the Taliban Are Not Corrupt

Why, always, the other side .. Vietcong, Afghanistan, Iraq, Hezbolah, Hamas etc etc is not corrupt . . but, the ones on western side, have to be paid to do what west considers right ?

The young employee runs but can't catch the elderly thief.

The feudal, angry, ask his young employee, why he could not catch the elderly thief, he being young thief being elderly.

The young employee says, the elderly thief is running for his life, I am running for you.
