Funding Planned Parenthood Privately

If all the time and energy put into fighting for Planned Parenthood's Government funding, just went straight to funding Planned Parenthood, would the people be able to make up the Government's shortfall?

Why do you say no? I am not asking if it could break even based off of revenue for services, but more if charitable giving by those interested in its service could support it.
