A teabagging to end all teabaggings. The mother of all teabaggings.

It was the best of teabags, it was the worst of teabags. Teabags from sea to shining sea, an ocean of teabaggings. Teabaggings to the left, teabaggings to the right. It was a teabagging heard around the world.

Now, if you get teabagged, is it the fault of the teabagger, or is the fault of the teabagged? that is the question. Let’s answer that question. By all accounts, a teabagging is difficult to administer. In fact, one could say that the teabagged has to be compliant. You can’t just go teabag someone, they have to almost participate if you will. Unless of course you are sleeping, and of course the teabaggers have been making so much noise that would be impossible. So the explanations are few. The teabagging/teabagged relationship is symbiotic in the end.

Barack Obama has now been Ba-roken. Teabagged, if you will. This teabagging has been a teabagging in the making, a teabagging seen from afar off, a teabagging that could have been avoided. Now if you receive a teabagging that could have been avoided, how do you explain that?

The question is for the Democrats, if you get beat by a moron teabagger, what does that make you? This is a time above all else for reflection, and for teachable moments.

Why do you let it get to the point that a teabagging was the only way for you to learn?

Not just gridlock, but the best kind of gridlock: An incomplete, ineffectual gridlock

A quick reminder:

Party politics aside, I am very much surprised that so many Americans thought that Republicans could handle present economic difficulties better than Democrats. Neither party has the foggiest idea of how to get out of this mess. Only a few people seem to realize that getting out of Iraq and Afghanistan, closing all military bases abroad and giving up all imperial dreams would save enough money to make a recovery possible. Of course the US would also have to partially reindustrialize in order to stay viable, but saving all that money would be a good start. Adopting a new currency and defaulting on most of its external debt would also help. The rest of the world would have a fit, but since their dollar reserves are only an illusion, the shock would have no real consequences. The US would only have to be careful enough to honour its debts to their suppliers of essential commodities. That would spell the end of globalization, replaced by a multipolar system of regional blocks, such as the European Union. Which would be great for most people.

Mr. Perfect demonstrates the kind of government that a teabagging wants to bring where people are too crass and rude to follow even simple procedural rules, except inasmuch as those procedural rules allow them to showcase being crass and rude.

So I will like a good little Democrat, once again, patiently, but with slight exasperation, move the thread to the appropriate forum for him.

That being said. NOTHING will get done in Washington for the next two years, nothing at all.
