Republicans have such a racket. It's amazing that even educated people like Azari fall for it.
Not a single one of Obama's worst abuses was not initiated by the Bush administration, not a single one.
TARP - Bush administration invention
TSA - Bush administration invention
Pre-Emptive war in Libya - Bush Doctrine
And Newt Gingrich has promised that he will use executive authority to circumvent checks by the courts every where he can.
I cannot believe that with the access to information that we have that people still act like Mr. Perfect's line of reasoning is even credible. The Obama administration is awful precisely because of its continuity with the Bush administration.

And Azari didn't even need any coaching Tinker. Nobody needs coaching against your material.

Projecting a bit these days Tinker, but to restate the GOP will let their intentions be known upfront so you have a chance to do something up front, whereas the Democrats will do you in the dead of the night. So yes one is more preferable than another.

Odd, I don't remember Bush saying he would create a Domestic Secret Police, start a war in Iraq or give nearly a trillion dollars to tyre banks when he got elected.

We don't predict the future, we just tell you where we stand. In the meantime Democrats campaign as the anti-war, pro civil liberty, paygo party and then do the exact opposite. Etc.

Az, issue is "realpolitic" mostly, not Dem/Rep. A new or 3rd party would just fall in line. Sal the senior vs. Sally Soccermom, vs Marv the metrosexual, competing for gov't attention, that is the problem.
Ron Paul is only hope to shake things up.
