Interesting that independent thinking can still be found in N Am . . .
North of the US border, up in so-called socialist Canada, which has apparently weathered the financial crises far better than the rest of the G8.

No, I was at the forefront in 1995 when we got beat by Clinton, that kicked the can down the road by over 15 years. I know what is significant by my own experience, I don't need anyone to tell me. This is a huge breakthrough, unprecedented by anybody who cares about cutting the size of government. God Bless John Boner. He has done what no person has ever done in the history of the USG. Established the precedent for cutting spending.
