I'm thinking in terms of the broadest intellectual capital possible, with that in mind, I'm opening up the offer to much of the western Fertile Crescent. Lebanon, Palestine come on into the fold. I deal with Semitic people all of the time and learn a lot of useful stuff for work and have a great time socializing. In Southern California out breeding is rampant and new American mutts are created all the time. I'm not to worried about tribalism taking over for the long term. What are the consequences for the three countries? I don't know but I'd bet America will be better off for it. Thanks for the replies.

Makes sense subject to the condition that "all Israelis and Jews everywhere" receiving such US citizenship be required to reside in the USA with no exceptions.

The obvious point being that becoming a naturalized citizen confers additional rights and with those rights come responsibilities.
