Following to be adopted by every locality with some thinking people in residence:
It shall be unlawful for any persons, natural or artifical, to engage in any act prohibited by the properly enacted laws, ordnances or regulations of _________________ (municipality/township/county).
Corporations in violation shall not have the rights of “persons” afforded by the United States and ___________ (state) Constitutions, nor shall those corporations be afforded rights the 1st or 5th amendments to the United States Constitution or corresponding sections of the _________ (state) Constitution, nor shall those corporations be afforded the protections of the commerce or contracts clauses within the United States Constitution or corresponding sections of the __________(state) Constitution.
It is the right of the people to a form of government where they live which recognizes that all power is inherent in the people, that all free governments are founded on the people’s authority and consent, and that neither individuals nor artificial legal entities and their directors and managers shall enjoy special privileges or powers under the color of any law which purports to make community majorities subordinate to them
When state, and federal government fail in their delegated duties to protect the health, safety, interests and rights of our citizens it is the immediate responsibility of local governing authorities to take all necessary remedial action.
LET THE WORD GO FORTH AT THIS TIME FROM THIS PLACE
GOVERNMENT WILL RETURN BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE
