Colonel Sun: I thought that bremsstrahlung only occurred with charged particles. Neutrinos are neutral, so I wouldn't expect bremsstrahlung.
What am I not getting? I think that the paper supposedly refuting the OPERA result doesn't make sense.
And if electron-positron pairs are the issue, wouldn't that be an issue just below c, too? The kinetic energy works out to be about the same just below c as just above.
