its more than resources per se, its also governments with angry populations and control of the new world order.

The Chinese and Russians have no means to wipe us out on a comparable percentage basis.
IOW, if they used a method that succeeded in wiping out 1/3 of us, we could wipe out 2/3 of them.

Well that's a Pakistani publication. There is a reason why Pakistan might want people to believe that China and Russia have a problem with the US.
In a way it's like the conversation between nations. The nations are talking to each other, and China and Russia have to verbally remind the United States that they are big and powerful and are not to be fucked with. It's a face thing.
